This completed four-storey office scheme, occupies what was vacant, derelict dock land on the River Mersey bringing much-needed extra Grade A office accommodation to the area, supporting its regeneration.

The materials are restrained yet robust. The main body of the building is fully glazed, with aluminium spandrel panels highlighting and accentuating the horizontal emphasis. Louvre screens and large brise-soleil provide relief to the facade, with the contrasting materials reducing the scale of the glass used in the rest of the building.
