Replacing a disused 1930s office building, All Saints, Rotherham is a commercial scheme comprising ground floor retail space with two storeys of modern office accommodation above. Developed in partnership with developer Iliad, Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council and Yorkshire Forward, the building will aim to achieve a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’.
