Falconer Chester Hall’s brief was to restore and highlight features of the manor house whilst providing extended accommodation in harmony with the existing architecture. Taking inspiration from the proportions and surroundings of the main house, the new extension maximises views with large spans of glass and framed windows. The subtle use of materials complements the old, making this 20th century house a modern day success.
