Chef Patron Mark Birchall, former executive chef of the famed L’Enclume restaurant in Cartmel, has teamed up with Andy and Tracey Bell to create the wonderful facilities found at Moor Hall in Aughton.

We are proud to have designed a sympathetic conversion and extension to the Grade II* listed manor house, creating a stunning restaurant with rooms. The neighbouring barn conversion offers an informal dining experience.
