The revitalisation of New Brighton, Wirral, was part of an ambitious masterplan for the Mersey waterfront. Falconer Chester Hall was responsible for Phase 2 of Neptune Developments’ regeneration scheme, completed in the final quarter of 2011.

As well as major improvements to infrastructure and public realm, the development comprises of a pioneering eight screen digital cinema, a Grosvenor Casino, 66 bed Travelodge hotel and a Morrison’s supermarket.

To complement the leisure facilities, there are a number of retail units and a good mix of both local and national chain restaurants offering great views over New Brighton Marina.
