Delighted to announce that Falconer Chester Hall have been shortlisted in the 2022 Northern Housing Awards for their project The Lexington, in the Best Private Development category.

Moda required a building that would establish its brand in Liverpool, with efficiency of cost, construction and building management being a pre-requisite. The living experience is optimised through the commual spaces enabling a sense of community to develop.”
