The Lexington’s name was inspired by Liverpool’s maritime history and its links with New York.

The Lexington for Moda Living, forms part of the Peel Group’s £5.5 billion Liverpool Waters regeneration masterplan and overlooks the docks that first kick-started Liverpool’s growth. Our design for this 34-storey tower is the tallest residential landmark in the city’s Liverpool Waters area.

Alongside 325 high-specification apartments (ranging from studios to one, two and three-beds), there is 8,500 sq. ft. of dedicated amenity space. At the midway point, the 17th floor, includes a residents’ lounge, screening room, and private dining, all providing excellent views across the Mersey and parts of the Liverpool skyline.  In addition the scheme offers a  gym, roof terrace, garden, fitness studio, and 24-hour managed concierge, The Lexington raises the bar in Liverpool’s rental markets.
