India Buildings was announced as the winner of the Development of the Year Award at the Insider North West Liverpool City Region Property Awards last night at The Titanic Hotel.
Alex Harrison and Martin Haymes were on hand to collect the award on behalf of the wider team involved in the regeneration of this iconic building.
Alex, project architect for India Buildings commented, “We are absolutely delighted that India Buildings has been announced as the winner of the Development of the Year category. India Buildings has been a five year labour of love and is the result of true collaboration between all the teams involved in bringing this building back to life and back into use.
“The result is a sustainable and valuable workplace that has been retrofitted to meet the exacting standards of the HMRC Inclusive Design Guide.”
