This £11million new build development comprises a 60-bedroom boutique hotel over six floors on Southport’s main boulevard, Lord Street.

There is a brasserie at ground level, a function room and bar at first level, four storeys of bedrooms plus a roof top gym, spa and luxury suite.

The project received the Leisure Sector Gold Award for the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
