The Other House Covent Garden is the second addition to The Other House portfolio and will offer their signature club flats, rooftop bar, bistro, restaurant, gym and wellness centre in this vibrant neighbourhood.

The project builds on previous consents and sees an eclectic cluster of historic buildings in Covent Garden reinvigorated, bringing new life to a famous location.  The unique composition of facades, details, character of varying age and architectural styles will be tied together through the addition of a spectacular three-storey glazed atrium at the heart of the scheme, allowing natural light to flood the lower levels.

The existing fabric will be re-used where possible to retain the historic character and embodied carbon, with the scheme on track to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.
