Located in the Ropewalks area, the Epic Seel Street Hotel provides an exciting new addition to this bohemian quarter of the city.

The scale and form of the building was influenced by the existing architectural vernacular of the area. The language was inspired by the proportions and rhythm of adjacent Georgian architecture, resulting in a refined elevation and appearance to the street with handmade, dark red bricks blending with surrounding buildings.

The 128 bedroom hotel is part of a masterplan by developer Elliot Group who are also involved in the transformation of the wider local area.
