DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel is situated within a Grade II* listed building in the heart of Liverpool’s business district. Falconer Chester Hall’s brief was to restore the original features of the building whilst designing a new-build extension that sits harmoniously with the original architecture.

The new natural limestone façade and elegant proportions of the extension subtly blend with the old building, creating a cohesive mix of classic and contemporary design.

The hotel boasts 84 luxurious bedrooms, swimming pool, spa and treatment rooms, gym, guests’ cinema, executive lounge, bar and brassiere, fine dining restaurant and a conference/events suite.
