DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel is situated within two Grade II* listed buildings in the heart of Liverpool’s business district. Falconer Chester Hall’s brief was to design a new-build extension to sit harmoniously alongside the original buildings, with sensitive remodelling and restoration of the listed architecture.

The new natural limestone façade and elegant proportions of the extension subtly blend with the historic buildings, creating a cohesive mix of classic and contemporary design.

The hotel boasts 84 luxurious bedrooms, swimming pool, spa and treatment rooms, gym, library lounge, fine dining bar and restaurant and three conference/events suites.
