Work has commenced on-site for a 336 apartment development designed by Falconer Chester Hall known as Pall Mall Press. The scheme consists of studio, one and two bedroom apartments, retail space on the ground floor plus a host of sustainable elements including green roofs to recycled rainwater and solar panels. Internally, light-filled areas minimise the need for electric lighting.
