Falconer Chester Hall is looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Administration Team in Liverpool.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Business & Finance graduate looking to gain hands-on experience within an award-winning AJ100 architectural practice, working directly alongside the Finance Director and supporting operations across our Liverpool, Manchester and London studios.
Established in 1997, Falconer Chester Hall delivers projects across the residential, student living, hospitality and heritage sectors, with a growing portfolio of large-scale and technically complex developments throughout the UK.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative and supportive team environment, gaining valuable exposure to financial and business operations within a creative and fast-paced industry.
The Role
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with day-to-day finance and administrative tasks
- Supporting invoice processing and financial record keeping
- Assisting with reconciliations and reporting
- Supporting financial data management across internal systems
- Assisting with payroll and supplier administration
- Working closely with the Finance Director on wider business operations and reporting tasks
- Providing general administrative support to the wider practice where required
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Business with Finance or similar discipline
- Experience using Xero, Sage and Microsoft Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a growing business
- Positive and proactive attitude

Salary: Starting at £25,000 per annum
