Success with Liverpool council for our design of 277 flats on Great Homer Street, on behalf of London-based The Soller Group. Our application proposed three buildings of nine storeys each with 121 parking spaces planned alongside. The flats will be made up of 178 one-bedroom and 99 two-bedroom units, alongside roof terraces, a garden room and communal facilities.
