We are thrilled to announce that Reliance House has been shortlisted for Development of The Year in the Insider Property Awards, Liverpool City Region 2020.
Reliance House is a post-war recreation of the Victorian building which stood on the same site that was destroyed in the war. We created a three storey rooftop extension to increase the unit value which made this a viable project for our client. Careful consideration was given to the design and materials used at the top level to ensure the building complimented the city roofscape and adhered to the weight bearing restrictions of the existing building.
