Our proposals for two apartment blocks on Pomona Island – a new mixed-use commercial and residential district alongside the Bridgewater Canal and River Irwell Manchester – have been approved by Trafford Council.
The scheme, designed for X1 Development and Vermont, will see the construction of one 10-storey and one 12-storey building containing a total of 216 apartments. These will be a mix of studio, one, two and three-bed units.
These apartments will help the regeneration of the former dock site which has been identified as a new destination for business, residential and leisure by the local authority, complementing the existing offers of Manchester city centre and Salford Quays.
