Planning Submitted: Fender Way, Bidston

We are pleased to announce that our project for Paxton Medical Property has been submitted for planning!

Located within a residential estate in Bidston, the new healthcare facility has been purpose designed on the site of the former scout centre, that aims to support both clinical activity and the wider community. In addition to eleven consultation rooms and dedicated staff facilities, the centre will include a flexible multi-purpose space.

Architecturally, the proposal responds sensitively to its surroundings, adopting a domestic scale with pitched roofs and strong gable forms to reflect the nearby homes. A clear separation between public and staff areas supports privacy and security, while level access throughout ensures inclusivity is at the heart of the design.
