We are thrilled to announce that our New Bird Street scheme for Ascot Property Group has received planning approval today!
Situated in the heart of Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle, this development will deliver 194 new homes – a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, complemented by six ground-floor commercial units designed to invigorate the street frontage.
Our design takes direct inspiration from the Baltic Triangle’s industrial past. The strong gable forms and pitched roofscape reference the 19th-century warehouses and modern Baltic Creative sheds that characterise the area, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens.
Materiality is central to our design, with a robust brick façade enhanced by refined detailing and deep-set windows that introduce rhythm and texture across the elevations. At street level, active frontages along New Bird and St James Street create engagement with the public realm, while a generous communal terrace at first floor level provides high-quality outdoor space for residents.
We are proud to collaborate with a dedicated team to bring this scheme to fruition:
