Planning approval has been secured for the expansion of Bruche Primary Academy in Warrington, supporting its transition into an all-through school serving early years, primary and secondary pupils.
Designed by Falconer Chester Hall, the proposals include a new early years wing, a purpose-built secondary school with specialist teaching spaces, and new sports facilities, including a sports hall and MUGA. The scheme has been carefully developed within a constrained residential setting, with a strong focus on safe access, clear arrival points and a well-considered site layout that supports day-to-day school operations.
We are proud to have led the project from early concept design through to securing planning consent, working closely with the school, Warrington Primary Academy Trust and Warrington City Council to deliver facilities that support high-quality education for the local community.
