Architectural practice Falconer Chester Hall has submitted a planning application to Wirral Borough Council for a residential development on Thurstaston Road, Heswall.
The scheme will provide 12 x 3 bedroom, high-end luxury apartments in a 4 storey contemporary building. The design provides a progressive approach to modern living, whilst maintaining the character of the site and fantastic far reaching views to the River Dee estuary and Welsh coast beyond.
“We have consulted with the planning team over a number of months and are delighted to have submitted our design for planning permission,” said Martin Haymes, Associate Director.
“The proposed development is within a traditional landscape which influenced the material palette that we propose, including red sandstone and rosemary clay roof tiles, both indigenous local materials. The generous balconies provide private amenity space and views to the landscaped gardens, Dales and River Dee.”
A spokesperson from Grosvenor Homes Heswall Limited commented, “We have seen the potential on Thurstaston Road and the requirements of the area to provide a well-balanced, innovative, high-quality residential development. We have ensured that each luxury apartment is provided with 2 car parking spaces on-site and the new landscaping will be integrated and weaved homogenously with the retained trees and hedges. We are delighted to be submitting this scheme for planning approval after working with the Wirral planning team.”
