Baltic Falconer Chester Hall

Build to Rent Approval

A high-quality build to rent scheme of more than 300 apartments will bring much-needed life back to a mothballed site within the Baltic Triangle. The development proposed by Neptune Investments has been approved by Liverpool City Council. Our design spreads 324 apartments of one, two and three bedrooms across the existing basement carpark and steps up to 13 storeys in height.

‘We are really excited about this scheme and it’s great to continue our long standing relationship with Neptune Investments. It’s a new rental concept and there is a long term strategy for success. Apartments are housed in three blocks which build at a scale in keeping with the historic waterfront,’ said director Alastair Shepherd.

Daniel Hynd, of Neptune Investments, said: `To develop this blighted site overlooking our world heritage waterfront with such an significant £42m residential PRS concept is not only critically important for the city but a first for the North West, we are now working hard on starting work on site as soon as possible.’
