Architect – Liverpool
Falconer Chester Hall is seeking a qualified Architect (Part 3) with 3-5 years’ post-qualification experience to join our Liverpool studio.
As part of a collaborative studio environment, you will contribute to the successful delivery of projects and the continued growth of the practice. Working across a diverse portfolio of new-build and large-scale refurbishment projects, you will develop design proposals and guide them through multiple RIBA stages, ensuring design intent is carried through into coordinated and deliverable outcomes.
Applicants should have a positive attitude and a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will be comfortable taking ownership of your work, engaging directly with clients and consultants, and contributing to projects within a collaborative studio setting.
This role is suited to an Architect with strong design and technical skills, a proactive and professional approach, and the confidence to take increasing responsibility within project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and delivery of projects across multiple RIBA stages
- Develop design and technical information in line with project objectives and client requirements
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and wider project teams to support successful project outcomes
- Assist in the preparation of planning, tender, and construction documentation
- Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations, standards and project requirements
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to the ongoing technical development of the practice
About You
- Part 3 Architect with 3-5 years’ post-qualification experience
- ARB-registered Architect, or equivalent
- Strong design and technical skills, with experience delivering projects through multiple RIBA stages
- Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Proficient in Revit and/or other industry-standard software
- Experience in residential, mixed-use or related sectors is desirable
- Positive, proactive and collaborative approach to work
