Norfolk House Falconer Chester Hall

Norfolk Street Phase III

Developer Elliot Group today received planning permission for a £50m mid-rise tower in Liverpool’s Baltic neighbourhood, following a collaborative design review with Liverpool council and Historic England.

The Falconer Chester Hall-designed scheme, overlooking the city’s south docks and its new exhibition centre, was the subject of review to ensure it protected views of Liverpool’s Anglican cathedral, a process developer Elliot Lawless described as “highly constructive.”

The scheme is Elliot Group’s third on Norfolk Street, with two other developments totaling 256 apartments and studios, plus 6,000 sq ft of office space helping transform what was once a street of run-down warehouses in to a thriving mixed-use zone. The two other projects are ahead of schedule and this third development will use the same main contractor, Newry Construction.
