Planning has been secured to turn a Grade II* listed manor house into a fine dining restaurant and luxury accommodation. The property is set in a five acre site in Aughton, West Lancashire.
We are working alongside chef Mark Birchall, who was most recently executive chef at Michelin two-starred L’Enclume in Cartmel, Cumbria.
FCH Director Alastair says, ‘We feel privileged to work on such an exclusive and unique project, which will see a sympathetically converted 16th Century manor house, extended with a modern kitchen and dining room. The challenge is to ensure the architecture is as good as the food, which is no mean feat!’
An existing barn will also be restored converted into a bistro with prep kitchen and curing room amongst its facilities.
