Marsh Wall Gateway 2 Approval

We are excited to share that Marsh Wall, Canary Wharf has received Gateway 2 approval from the Building Safety Regulator!

The 46-storey development in London is now the tallest co-living building in the UK to achieve Gateway 2 consent, marking a significant milestone for this landmark scheme close to Canary Wharf.

The project will deliver 833 high-quality co-living studios in Tower Hamlets, alongside an extensive amenity offer including co-working spaces, café, cinema, gym, sky lounge and roof terraces. The development will act as the flagship for Olympian’s Vivus Living brand.

Falconer Chester Hall is acting as Delivery Architect and Principal Designer, leading detailed technical design, multidisciplinary coordination and Building Regulations compliance throughout the Gateway 2 process. Achieving approval at this scale required a robust and comprehensive submission, reflecting the rigour now embedded in high-rise residential delivery under the Building Safety Act.

Congratulations to our clients Olympian and RG Group, and the wider project team on reaching this significant milestone.
