The development responds directly to growing demand for high-quality, city-centre rental homes.
Lighthaus has been delivered in collaboration with Vermont Construction, X1 Developments, Starlight Investments, and Peel Waters. The project marks a significant milestone in the ongoing regeneration of Princes Dock, strengthening Liverpool Waters’ position as a vibrant and well-connected urban neighbourhood.
