Lighthaus Liverpool – Summer Construction Update
Striking New Façade Nears Completion
There’s no slowing down at Lighthaus Liverpool this summer, with major progress made on the exterior works. The Cosentino Dekton façade cladding is now complete on almost every elevation, while installation of the louvred façade panels has begun at the lower levels. Together, these high-quality finishes are defining the bold architectural presence that will make Lighthaus a standout addition to the Liverpool skyline.
Amenity Spaces Taking Shape
Inside, the amenity areas are moving forward at pace. The ground floor and level 11 communal spaces are now being fitted out, with wall and ceiling painting underway and the private dining kitchens for residents already being installed.
At level 11, the external terrace landscaping is also nearing completion. This vibrant outdoor space will provide future residents with a social hub overlooking the city – perfectly timed to welcome the warmer months.
Apartment Build-Outs Progressing
Elsewhere in the building, apartment build-outs are advancing steadily and works are now well underway up to level 30. Each floor is moving closer to completion, with quality finishes beginning to showcase the contemporary standard of living that Lighthaus will deliver.
A Landmark for Student Living in Liverpool
As finishing touches continue to appear, the amenity spaces and apartments are beginning to reflect the detail and craftsmanship that define the scheme. When complete, Lighthaus student accommodation will set a new benchmark for luxury student living in Liverpool, combining striking design with high-quality interiors and a range of lifestyle-focused communal areas.
With each milestone achieved, Lighthaus moves closer to welcoming residents and becoming a dynamic new home for students in the heart of the city.
