We were delighted to be invited to tour the completed Lighthaus at Princes Dock, experiencing the building as it will be enjoyed by its newly welcomed residents.
The tour showcased the main areas of the building, including the entrance foyer, meeting rooms, studios, and 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments. The interior design features a relaxed, warm colour palette, with soft, ambient lighting throughout.
Subtle interior details and furnishings create spaces that feel both contemporary and welcoming.
We also had the opportunity to view the additional facilities available to residents, such as bookable meeting rooms for events, dedicated work and relaxation spaces, and a new on-site gym.
