Plans were unanimously approved at the recent Liverpool City Council planning meeting for the conversion of the Grade II St Johns House, Liverpool into a 43 bed boutique hotel.
St Johns House, Queens Square, Liverpool was previously the headquarters for Liverpool property developer Promenade Estates and was previously approved for planning in 2019. The return to planning was due to changes in the national framework in the time between when the original decision was made and when the section 106 agreement was signed.
Falconer Chester Hall is delighted to be working with Promenade Estates on this project that will see the conversion of St Johns House into a modern boutique hotel.
St Johns House is a building of special architectural and historic interest to the City and will undergo a sensitive conversion.
