Paliament St Falconer Chester Hall

Four schemes granted planning approval!

We had one of our busiest days ever at Falconer Chester Hall in front of Liverpool City Council’s Planning committee with four projects approved at the one sitting. The successful applications included a listed building conversion, a mixed-use hotel and residential project and a residential apartment new-build. The applications granted approval were:

• A 15-storey mixed-use development in the city’s Baltic Triangle area for the Elliot Group, comprising a 306-bed hotel and 50 apartments.

• The conversion of Reliance House – a former office building – into 41 apartments, incorporating an additional three-storey extension.

• The creation of 145 new apartments in a part-eight, part-eleven storey building on Parliament Street for AC Parl St 2.

• Returning the vacant Union House Grade II listed building on Victoria Street to use through conversion to a 34-bed hotel with a newly-designed two-storey roof extension and a four-storey rear extension to include a restaurant.
