We’ve had a good day at Liverpool City Council’s Planning Committee today with no fewer than five schemes receiving approval.
The consented schemes are:
Devon Street
Our scheme for Devon Street Ltd to provide new student accommodation in a seven-storey building in the emerging Fabric District has been approved. This will be a mix of studios and cluster rooms totaling 128 units.
Slater Place
The former Saw Mill building site on Slater Place will be home to a new seven-storey residential building containing a mix of studio, one and two-bedroom apartments after planning consent was secured today.
Monarch’s Quay
High quality office accommodation will set the ball rolling for the regeneration of Monarch’s Quay within the Kings Dock. This waterfront site will be home to The Contact Company and will bring further animation to the river front location with landscaping and improved public realm.
Seel Street
Delighted to have secured consent for a 122-bed hotel on Seel Street. This will rise from a cleared brownfield site and feature a rooftop bar and ground floor restaurant/bar.
Wolstenholme Square
Studios and one-bedroom apartments will comprise the 448 units of accommodation in a development of four buildings of between seven and 10 storeys. Ground floor commercial units and improved public realm will complete the scheme which was approved today in a change from the original consent.
