We are proud to recognise six well-earned promotions across our Liverpool and Manchester studios, reflecting the talent, experience and commitment driving our work forward.
Mandy Falkingham – Financial Director
Amanda has been with FCH for over 28 years and now steps into the role of Financial Director. She has guided the business through major industry and economic shifts and has seen the company grow from 10 to over 80 people.
Ki Tillotson – Associate
With 20 years at FCH, Ki’s promotion reflects her long-standing contribution to the technical delivery of complex schemes, including The Municipal Hotel, and more recently, Soapworks and Kings Place. She is valued for her deep technical knowledge and mentorship.
Daniel Hales – Senior Architect
Daniel joined FCH in 2016 and has worked on a number of high-profile refurbishment and conservation-led schemes, including Richmond Royal Hospital, Duke Street, and India Buildings.
Eleanora Montalbano – Senior Architect
Eleanora joined the Liverpool studio just over a year ago and quickly became a core member of the Heaps Mill Development team. Her collaborative mindset and commitment to design quality make her a valued colleague and mentor to newer team members.
Matt Smith – Senior Architect
Matt has been part of the Manchester studio since it first opened in 2016. Over nearly a decade, he’s delivered key projects including Forty-Seven Hotel, Merchant’s Wharf and Tribeca House.
Amy Whitmore – Senior Architect
Since joining in January 2024, Amy has led the uplift and submission of Freestone Road in Bristol – a fast-paced Stage 3–4 transition under the Building Safety Act. She brings enthusiasm for mentoring early-career architects.
These promotions come at a time of continued momentum across the practice, with multiple projects progressing through Gateway 2, and strong planning pipelines in all three studios.
