Appointed post-planning, FCH delivered the project through to completion, working closely with the contractor and consultant team to realise the 1920s-inspired brick architecture and ensure a robust, coordinated build.
Forming part of the Imperial Street masterplan in Bromley-by-Bow for The Guinness Partnership, the 9-storey mixed-use scheme transforms a brownfield site into high-quality affordable homes with generous outdoor spaces, a roof garden and a communal courtyard.
