We’re Hiring: Office & Marketing Manager

Falconer Chester Hall is looking for an organised, proactive and creative Office & Marketing Manager to join our Liverpool studio.

This is a varied role at the centre of the practice, combining office management, business support, marketing and business development responsibilities within a fast-paced AJ100 architectural practice. Working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, the successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the business while helping drive the continued growth and profile of the practice across the UK.

Established in 1997, Falconer Chester Hall has built a reputation for combining creative design thinking with a commercially focused approach, delivering projects across the residential, student living, hospitality and heritage sectors. With a growing portfolio of projects nationwide, this role will play an important part in supporting the practice’s next phase of growth.

The Role

Responsibilities will include:

Office & Business Support

  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the Liverpool studio and wider practice operations
  • Coordinating office facilities, maintenance and supplier relationships across all studios
  • Liaising with IT and telephony providers regarding equipment, systems and support
  • Supporting internal systems, software integration and digital initiatives
  • Assisting with project administration, meetings and team coordination
  • Maintaining internal records, staff information and office procedures
  • Line Manager to our Receptionist & Administrator

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Providing executive support to the Managing Director
  • Managing diaries, meetings and travel arrangements
  • Coordinating confidential meetings and business communications
  • Assisting Directors and project teams with administrative support where required

Marketing & Business Development

  • Preparing bid submissions, presentations and award entries
  • Managing social media platforms and website updates
  • Supporting PR activity, press releases and external communications
  • Coordinating staff events, industry events and internal communications
  • Maintaining project case studies, CVs and marketing collateral
  • Supporting wider business development initiatives across the practice

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years experience within an office management, or business support role. Some experience in marketing is beneficial.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, WordPress and/or social media management would be beneficial
  • A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach
