The Sail is a stunning one thousand square metre luxury residential development at 51 South Parade, West Kirby. Working with developer, Blueoak Estates, Falconer Chester Hall designed the four storey apartment block to include eight spacious apartments, all taking full advantage of the superb seaside views.
