Falconer Chester Hall was brought on board by X1 developments following receipt of planning consent to deliver their scheme for over 1000 apartments at Salford Quays, adjacent to Media city. Given the high profile nature of the scheme, the developer needed confidence in their delivery partner and our experience with PRS schemes, combined with a track record of delivering on time and on budget, fitted the bill.
Working alongside the main contractor Vermont Construction Group, we are using unitised façade solutions to shorten the construction period. Further challenges are posed by a basement car park, ground floor retail and communal amenity spaces.
