Located near Canary Wharf, the Marsh Wall building development is set to deliver 795 co-living homes with a standard layout of 19 units per floor. Marshall Wall will be split into urban villages that consist of communal areas for sub-communities of 57 people across 3 floors. Following a successful planning application by Rio Architects, Falconer Chester Hall were appointed to deliver the scheme.

The ground and first floors will feature a café, co-working space, lounges, gym, fitness room, and cinema, while additional resident lounges are planned for the top three floors. The scheme promotes modern living by blending the best aspects of shared and independent housing, offering residents privacy alongside a vibrant, social environment. Associated support facilities include kitchen, living, dining amenity spaces and lower floor community amenity areas.
