Central Quay is a landmark built to rent (BTR) development, forming part of the wider regeneration project in Cardiff. Located to the south of Cardiff’s Central Station, the project connects the City Centre to Cardiff Bay whilst embracing the waterfront to create a unique river-side destination in the city. This mixed-use development is set to be the largest BTR project in Wales, offering a variety of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality rental housing in Cardiff, Central Quay will feature over 700 residential units, a public square facing the River Taff, and over 19,500 sq. ft. of leisure and retail space, with 313 residential, and 401 BTR units reach 29 storeys height.

The development will include both shared and private amenity spaces and terraces, as well as ground level commercial units. Premium amenities will include a concierge service, lobby, gym, private dining, yoga and spin studios, cinema, and roof terraces. The project will engage with two new  public squares and the wider public realm, providing animation to the heart of Central Quay

Central Quay will also offer sustainable living solutions, with roof-mounted photovoltaic panels, energy-efficient air source heat pumps, and adherence to BREEAM and Home Quality Mark standards, ensuring a minimal environmental impact.
