    Stobart group

Falconer Chester Hall has completed the £4 million conversion and extension of a Grade II listed office building at 37 Soho Square, London, into five luxury residential apartments and a commercial unit.

Owned by logistics legend Eddie Stobart, the site, at one of London’s most prestigious west end addresses, is also in a conservation area. Working to Westminster Council’s stringent development policy, the practice secured a change of use to create the luxury development of four 1,850sqft three bed apartments and a 1,600sqft two bedroom duplex, plus a 950sqft ground floor commercial unit.

The practice also secured permission for a significant new three storey rear extension and the creation of new basement spaces to maximise the potential of the site and provide each apartment with an outdoor balcony or roof space, so very rare in central London.
