Senior Architect / Associate – Liverpool
Falconer Chester Hall is seeking a Senior Architect / Associate to join our Liverpool studio and play a key role in leading project delivery across a varied portfolio.
This role is suited to an experienced architect with strong design and technical capability, who is confident managing projects, leading teams and working closely with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
Role Overview
You will lead projects through multiple RIBA stages, helping to ensure design intent is carried through into coordinated, commercially aware and deliverable solutions.
Working as part of a wider studio team, you will contribute to both project delivery and the continued growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and project delivery across multiple stages
- Manage project programmes, resources and client relationships
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and wider design teams
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and project requirements
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to design reviews and technical development
About You
- ARB registered Architect, or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong design and technical delivery capability
- Proven experience leading projects and managing teams
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Revit and/or other industry-standard software
- Experience across residential, mixed-use or related sectors is desirable
