Senior Technician – Liverpool
Falconer Chester Hall is seeking a Senior Technician to join our Liverpool studio, supporting the delivery of detailed technical design across a range of projects.
This role is ideal for an experienced technician with strong technical knowledge, who is confident producing and reviewing construction information, coordinating with project teams, and helping to resolve technical challenges through delivery.
Role Overview
You will lead on technical detailing and documentation, ensuring projects are delivered with accuracy, coordination and compliance.
Working closely with architects, consultants and contractors, you will play an important role in supporting project delivery across a varied portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review detailed construction drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and technical standards
- Coordinate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams
- Support project managers throughout the project lifecycle
- Resolve technical design issues and contribute to problem-solving
- Maintain high standards of technical documentation and delivery
About You
- Strong experience in architectural technology or technical delivery
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Good understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods
- Experience coordinating projects and working within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
