We are pleased to share that our residential scheme on Wilson Patten Street, Warrington has now received full planning permission following completion of the Section 106 agreement, confirmed at yesterday’s planning committee meeting.
Designed for Park Equity Invest Ltd, the development will bring 76 new homes to the Bank Quay Gateway area of the town centre – a key location in Warrington Borough Council’s regeneration masterplan.
Taking cues from the surrounding Georgian terraces, the contemporary red-brick building will feature bookended gables and a rhythmic façade inspired by local heritage. Residents will enjoy landscaped communal gardens where a historic doorway surround from Arpley House will be retained as a nod to the site’s history, alongside secure cycle storage and enhanced public realm.
