The Summit, Parliament Street sees the creation of 145 new apartments in a part-eight, part-eleven storey building on a key arterial gateway into Liverpool City Centre.

This scheme adds to the overall improvements along the lower stretch of Parliament Street as it occupies a site close to several other new developments which have emerged in recent years and will act as a catalyst for regeneration and future developments in the area.
