Patagonia Place is a 31 storey, 278 apartment development, which will form part of Peel L&P Liverpool Waters £5bn regeneration. Falconer Chester Hall were appointed by Peel to revisit an earlier scheme for this site that had received planning permission but was commercially unviable. The Falconer Chester Hall team delivered a revised design that improved the viability through efficient planning and façade design. X1 Developments are the developer for the Project.
