The creation of 145 new apartments in a part-eight, part-eleven storey building on Parliament Street. This scheme will add to the overall improvements along the lower stretch of Parliament Street as it occupies a site close to several other new developments which have emerged in recent years. The proposed 145 apartment scheme would be built on a site requiring the demolition of existing buildings.
