Falconer Chester Hall’s design for an £80 million mixed-use development on a prominent brownfield site in Liverpool’s bohemian Baltic Triangle see’s the construction of more than 500 apartments and 12 commercial/leisure units, totalling more than 20,000 sq ft of space.
Having worked closely with community groups, Falconer Chester Hall’s scheme presents four blocks of between eight and 18 storeys, linked by a communal courtyard and public realm. The accommodation includes a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, with a luxury rooftop spa and a communal roof terrace. A public plaza with shops and restaurants will create an active frontage to encourage pedestrian links to the City Centre and Albert Dock.
‘The proposed development reflects the surrounding context of materials within the Baltic Triangle,
continuing the regeneration of this historic area with a quality scheme that enhances the district’s
reputation as a thriving creative and leisure hub,’
