The five storey project delivers modern apartment living with the upper floors accommodating duplex apartments with terraces. The streetscape has been improved, replacing the dilapidated buildings with an active frontage.

The design reflects the strong vertical and horizontal rhythm of neighbouring buildings and the roofscape takes inspiration from the existing chimneys.
