Falconer Chester Hall has been entrusted with the delivery of a series of six developments for Ealing City Council through their delivery platform Broadway Living.  Several of the schemes are aiming to achieve Passivhaus standard or Low Energy Building Standard.

To ensure the rigorous requirements of Passivehaus are met, Falconer Chester Hall is collaborating with Ealing Council and specialist contractors, developing the original designs from Bell Phillips Architects, whilst ensuring Ealing Council achieve their aspirations of delivering Passivhaus/Low Energy Building Standard homes on constrained urban sites.

The six sites will offer 136 units of residential accommodation in the form of apartments, bungalows and townhouses, and a new library will be incorporated into the ground floor of one of the schemes.
